If you are a hospital, health system, birth center, or other institutional partner, your organization’s use of Nana Approved materials is governed by your Institutional License Agreement. This Privacy Policy governs general public and consumer use of the Site.
As noted throughout this policy, Nana Approved does not collect or transmit any patient data, family health records, or Protected Health Information (PHI) in connection with institutional partnerships. QR code access is anonymous and requires no login, registration, or personal data from end users (families).
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors. When we do, we will revise the Effective Date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
