Refund Policy

1. Overview
This Refund Policy applies to purchases made directly through NanaApproved.com, including Nana's Notes: The New Families Starter Kit and any other digital products, bundles, or gift certificates offered for sale on our website (collectively, the "Products"). It does not apply to institutional or hospital partnership agreements, which are governed separately by the applicable written agreement between Nana Approved, LLC and the partnering institution.
Because our Products are digital and delivered instantly upon purchase, this policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and to the nature of digital goods. Please read it before completing your purchase.
2. Digital Products — General Policy
Our Products are delivered digitally and immediately, via a branded Thank You page containing English and Spanish QR codes (and/or direct links) that provide access to your e-book, audiobook, and related materials. Because our products are delivered digitally and provide immediate access to downloadable and streaming materials, refunds are generally not available after access has been provided. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that immediate access to digital content begins immediately upon delivery. However, we are committed to helping every customer successfully access the materials they purchased and will work with you to resolve any issues.
We encourage you to review the product description on our website carefully before purchasing. Product availability may vary by language and format. Please review the product description for current language offerings before purchase.
3. When a Refund or Replacement Access May Be Issued
We want every family to be able to access what they paid for. We will provide a refund, or replacement access at no additional cost — at our discretion — in the following situations:
- Technical access issues: You were unable to access your purchased content due to a broken link, QR code malfunction, or platform error, and the issue could not be resolved after contacting us.
- Duplicate purchase: You were accidentally charged more than once for the same order.
- Billing error: You were charged an incorrect amount due to a website or processing error.
To request a refund or replacement access under this section, please contact us within 14 days of your purchase date using the contact information in Section 7, including your order confirmation and a description of the issue. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve access issues before processing a refund.
4. Change of Mind
Because our Products are delivered digitally and instantly, we are generally unable to offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases (for example, if you decide you no longer want the Product after successfully accessing it). We encourage you to review the product details, pricing, and language availability before completing your purchase.
If you have a unique circumstance not addressed by this policy, please reach out — we review requests on a case-by-case basis and are committed to handling them with fairness and care.
Nothing in this policy prevents Nana Approved from issuing a refund, replacement, or account credit in exceptional circumstances at its sole discretion.
5. Gift Certificates
Gift certificates purchased through NanaApproved.com are non-refundable once purchased. If a gift certificate has not yet been redeemed and you experience a technical issue preventing the recipient from redeeming it, please contact us so we can assist with replacement access.
Nana Approved is not responsible for gift certificates that are lost, shared, or redeemed by someone other than the intended recipient once the certificate has been delivered.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or report an access issue, please contact us with the following information:
- Your full name and email address used at checkout
- Order confirmation number or date of purchase
- A brief description of the issue
We aim to respond to all refund and access requests within 2–5 business days. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Apple Pay, Google Pay, or card, as applicable) and may take additional time to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.
